Do you provide treatment for expats or Non-Japanese?

We accept Non-Japanese patients, however our service is available only in Japanese, so patients should be able to communicate accurately in Japanese.
Also for safety reasons, no one other than patients and staff are allowed to be in a treatment room, including interpreters.

Is there a medical loan which non-Japanese can apply for? Is there anything I should bring?

Yes, there are medical loans which Non-Japanese can also apply for.
You will be required to present your residence card or special permanent residence certificate that confirms your permanent residence status.
Please also bring your cash card so we can verify your bank account.

Do you offer any English / Chinese / Korean support at the clinic?

Unfortunately, our service is available only in Japanese language.

May I have another person attend as an interpreter during the counseling session?

Unfortunately we do not allow interpreters to be present during a patient’s counseling session. One of the conditions of our contract is that the patient can communicate accurately in Japanese in order to perform the treatment safely.
